Capital One Auto Finance To Open Operation In Tulsa KOTV - 6/29/2006 9:55 AM - Updated: 6/29/2006 12:11 PM Hundreds of new jobs for Tulsa. Capital One Auto Finance is the nation's second largest automobile lender and it made the big announcement Thursday morning.
News on 6 business reporter Steve Berg was there and says company officials announced they will bring an estimated 600 jobs to the city. Officials say they plan on start hiring managers as soon as possible.
Capital One Auto Finance CEO Dave Lawson [pictured] was born and raised in Tulsa and says he is happy to bring some good news to town.
Capital One Auto Finance will be located in Tulsa's Cherokee Industrial Park in the same building that now houses National Car Rental and Verizon. http://kotv.com/news/?106781

That's very good pay for a call center, but again, a couple more bucks and they could have gotten a major kickback from the Tax Man.

The building they are going to work in is a Class A building and is equipped with everything...
I am just glad that someone felled up that space leftover from the mess WorldCom did on Tulsa...

Their building is not a benefit (well it might be if the city is financing it). They could have qualified for Quality Jobs Act benefits, which I'm pretty sure they did not go for.
