Tulsa just needs 2 more years to catch up to OKC...

Good'n. But then again that dust just gets lost in our own. What OKC really needs is a welcome sign for visitors that says "Please pardon our dust--we're booming" or something, lol!

At the beginning of this year Tulsa was really nowhere near where OKC was, but a lot has been going on recently up the turnpike. I don't know if I'd call it catching up, but it's a step in the right direction.
Vision 2025 could have been a much better and more ambitious plan. Perhaps we just haven't seen enough of it completed for us to notice the positive effects that it will have on the city.
