So, does this project have a plaza in it, or would you call it a typical big-box strip mall?

RAGE- 09-05-2006
It has a plaza... In the back part is where everything really happens. It is like the Riverwalk crossing but smaller... It is to serve upscale clients than rather anyone like the Riverwalk...

Tenants Included are

55 degrees ( restaurant )
Red Rock Canyon ( restaurant )
Interiors Market ( antique furniture and art store )
Michael's on the River ( restaurant )
Push Pedal Pull ( bike shop )
Nordaggio's Coffee (coffee )

That’s all the tenants I can think off right now...

Red Rock Canyon will be VERY nice. There's one on Lake Hefner in OKC. The $25 ribs are amazing.

I have heard about that restaurant in OKC area... The same people own the I love this Bar and Grill franchise so maybe they well open their store at Riverwalk... I haven’t heard much about that...

Are you talking about Toby Keith? I don't think he has any controlling interest in the Red Rock Canyon chain.

The Oklahoma native and Country Music Entertainer of the Year partnered with Hal Smith Restaurant Group, which owns and operates 42 restaurants...

Hal Smith Group is the name of the group they own Charleston's, Red Rock Canyon, and Toby Keith's

Oh and Benjamin’s

They are almost done with one section of it... The store front where the Interior Markets is going, they made the base of the columns a leopard green paint... Looks really cool and unique...

I wanted to walk behind they center but they are still working on that...

Going by OKC-this looks like it's going to make a nice addition...I especially like the outside of it. It should look cool off of the water. okmetropolis/good.gif

Also was looking up the other restaurants and businesses and they are all unique experiences to the area and should help spur additional growth. BTW, is 55 degrees the wine membership club? Here's what I found on that...

About 55°

Now wine collecting has no limit with 55°. With the wine storage issue resolved here in the Napa Valley, all those who appreciate wine can feel free to invest, speculate and enjoy all the wines they want. You can even take allocations from wineries that offer wine futures.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With a locker at 55°, collectors can take advantage of today's prices and availability, build reserves, purchase futures, plus have the added benefit of years of proper aging.

Fine wines are being produced each year in record-breaking volumes, yet demand continues unbated. All indicators suggest the values of wine will continue to increase for many years to come, but only wine which has been stored properly and aged under ideal conditions will realize its potential.

Wine club members throughout the United States can now use their strength in numbers to purchase wine for present enjoyment, future consumption and for investment purposes.

Currently, residents of non-reciprocal states are denied the ability to purchase and receive wine directly from their favorite wineries in California. 55° provides an opportunity to purchase wines from exclusive wineries which do not produce and ship large quantities, purchase wine futures, and develop a personal relationship with wineries. With 55°, Non-Reciprocal State Enophiles can now take advantage of current release prices, build reserves, speculate on wines, and invest.

Let's take a look-see. LOL.

The Interior's Market definitely looks upscale and isn't a major franchise. I really like the additions to the area. This is quickly becoming one heck of a destination, IMO.

This 55° is a wine club that will be in King's Landing?
