Just wondering if anyone knows what the Noise code is for Tulsa.
Cause my friend is having alot of trouble with neighbours who regularly blare music at all hours of the night which is starting to affect her school work.

So does anyone know what the laws about noise are in the city? It'd be a great help

If there is a new noise code then there's probably a code. Something can probably be done about said friend's neighbor.

What's wrong with music blarring all hours of the night? We all just want to find a place where we can kick it!

Quite understandable LOL usually except for when you have to be up at the ass crack of dawn because some silly university teacher's idea of fun is an 8am class.
