Thought I'd bring this one back from the old board.

So we've got Phase I complete on 29th, and Phase II is nearing completion of the strucutres. Anyone care to guess what some of the stores might be? Especially what the store is between Target and Kohl's. Is it Barnes and Noble or another shop?

As I understand it, Phase III (planned....Best Buy, Penny's, etc.) will start either late this year or early next year. Since they won't update the city website that has the information, we're all left with going through the grapevine for information.

I was going to do it if you or bombermagic hadn't brought it up eventually.

I'm very impressed with this development. It's going to be home to a lot of really neat tenants, such as the very first Old Chicago in the entire state.

There is a steak place going in down there too that is the first in the state....Logan's Roadhouse. There are all kinds of shops stated on the site here:

I really used to love the Logan's Roadhouses back in Houston. The chain is affiliated I think with Santa Fe Steakhouse, which there are plenty of in this metro (but this is better).

You gotta love a place that lets you spit peanut shells out on the floor...

Well that is stupid of them then since there is already a Santa Fe on 29th right in the middle of it all. Why not bring in something that isn't affiliated?? Seems like a "Derrr" kind of thing.
