The new Sheraton hotel will anchor a new retail development.
The developer compared it in style to Utica Park only new.

It will be a "Premium Branded Full Service Hotel and Luxury Condominiums anchoring a upscale retail, restaurant and entertainment lifestyle center that is very pedestrian oriented"
The will have a large ballroom, outdoor entertainment space, small indoor water park, Spa with Massage.
Lots of greenspace, landscaping, trees, color, benches, water features, art, music statues
Described as very similar to Utica Square but brand new, more pedestrian friendly and with entertainment like Riverwalk.
The location is just to the north of the big church (Owasso First Baptist) off of 96th. Or just to the South of the new funeral home which is a little south of the Bowling Alley.
The PUD shows the height at 150ft so that should be 9 or 10 stories I would guess and will have up to 80 luxury condos.
The hotel complex will occupy 7 acres and have 430,000 SQFT
The retail area will occupy 31 acres and have 340,000 SQFT
