Gardner-Tanenbaum bought the Park Harvey Building last year, where it was an office building occupied mostly by lawyers. They intend to shape it into 178 apartment units, mostly ranging from $500/mo to $900/mo, very economical for urban apartments. They also claim that they will make the building look decent, but without giving it a face-lift.
