This is on the site of the former proposed Portofino tower, which was 18-stories tall. It's being developed by the same company. There are twelve residential units.

From 18 stories to 12 units- quite a downsize! Still a pretty project though.

Does anyone have renderings of the planned Portofino Tower? I'd like to see them.

Supposedly there were also going to be a hotel section of it from a google search I just did...

And it was 15 stories, not 18. I could find no renderings though.
