Yeah, it's a nice project, converting an old abandoned former hospital (I think it was the old Wesley Hospital but I'm not sure) into a small loft complex.

I'm just playing, although it's not the flashest (sp) project out there, it still nice to see more housing in that area. I wouldn't live there though (see above sentence)

It's actually a very nice project, and the pricing is so much more modest. I would live there in a heart beat if I only needed 2 bedrooms (one for a guest) instead of a family home.

I walked through there about 2 months ago and it is NICE. These are real deal lofts - you could either dress it up or leave it raw with exposed concrete pillars and 12-15ft ceilings. Ooh baby I like it raw.

Either way, me likes what me sees. If I were in the market for a loft, I'd jump on one of these, get blitzed at McNellies every night, and stumble home.

There is a Subway... which is interesting b/c Banta is trying to keep it local. I think a local deli would be the cat's meow.
