Collins Hall will allow us to gather student services, financial aid and the office of admissions in one central location. In addition, the President's Office will be housed in the smaller second floor area.
The project is expected to be completed in Summer 2007.

University of Tulsa Recognized By Princeton Review Tuesday September 05, 2006 5:21pm
Tulsa - Students at the University of Tulsa may not like dishing out the cash for their classes, but they're apparently happy to be there.
The Princeton Review surveyed 115-thousand students at 360 colleges across the country. When it comes to the top ten schools with the happiest students, TU ranks eighth.
One-on-one instruction, a friendly campus and intramural sports are all big bonuses.
"We're always very excited to be recognized by the Princeton Review," says Director of University Relations David Hamby. "We were also ranked very significantly in the Top 10 for community and university relations, so we're very pleased the Princeton Review recognized us."

My son was looking at last year's edition where it called TU the best value in the south for a private school education.

It really is... TU is very good school. They offer you with so much and great service... You get what you pay for...
Is your son in College yet?

There's a lot of projects at OCU, but this is by far more impressive. Good run-down. That plaza sho' lookin swanky.

The grand entrance is crazy... Metro Dinner well is gone by next month and the Wendy’s deal is complete... They are to move 2 miles from that location...
The other buildings that were bought are already gone and the concrete slabs are being drilled at and removed daily...

Great pictures of what is taking place on campus. I really like the face-lift the campus is getting. I really like the overall direction the area is taking.

It's really going to change the area for sure. Imagine the TU projects with all of the 6th Street infill, East End, Cherry Street... critical mass for sure.

Walking around Campus, you feel something changing... There is so much activity...
TU is going to start on the new apartments... They are building 300 more units and that well start once Case Complex is done... They have projects lined up... The students love it. Parking is a problem because of the construction... If your not there early, you have to park next to the Basketball Stadium...

Renderings for the new apartments?
RAGE- 09-08-2006
Exactly like this... They want to keep the same pattern in the new apartments...

I always felt the TU campus needed more of a "signature" along the main roads, this looks good.
I wish OCU had their dorms somewhere other than along 23rd Street, it could have made a much better signature along that street if they didn't have all of the parking lots right there.
