Wow, so does anyone else think this looks almost exactlly like the Town Center in MWC?

Who designed the MWC thing?

Well here's what my understanding is on the MWC thing. The "look" was determined by the city, but each store is designed by the company building it...mostly. I know there are different architecture firms designing the area, but its all managed by Sooner Investments. I've seen drawings from Little and GSR, but I don't know who they are...maybe they are only providing the renderings. There are more out there that they have unveiled, but they haven't posted them on the website. I emailed the city today to ask why they haven't updated the site since March.

I live at SW 15th and Czech Hall. I've been wondering when this project will be complete for a while now.

Gee, all suburban developments look the same? Wow that's a new one...

Supposedly the finish date for this will be in 2007, according to a story I just scanned. Also, isn't this Belk's first OKC metro location?

There's ones proposed in Moore and Edmond.
